This just in: San Diego's embattled and incompetent mayor, Dick Murphy, will resign on July 15! I am trying to keep my excitement contained. Of course now we will have to have another election in November, a cost the city cannot afford, and the deputy mayor is under indictment....
I suspect the Time magazine article had a lot of influence in Murphy's decision. For those that didn't see the Time article, Murphy was named one of the top three worst mayors of a large city. What a commendation!
